About the $ROGEN Token
$ROGEN is the fund’s native token, designed to track the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the fund on a 1:1 basis in USDC. The initial issue price is set at $1.00 per token, with NAV updates published regularly.
$ROGEN is not intended for public trading and will not be listed on decentralized exchanges or liquidity pools. It serves exclusively as a tokenized representation of an investor’s stake in the fund.
Holders of $ROGEN tokens may request redemptions based on the current NAV, subject to the fund’s standard redemption policies. All redemptions are backed by the fund’s real-time asset base and processed with full transparency.
Key Features and Investor Terms
No entry, exit, or management fees for early investors during the initial capital raise.
Performance fee: 10% for early investors (who join before end of Q2 2025), 20% standard thereafter.
Minimum lock-up period: 90 days after investment.
